Your data
Your documents and your entries are stored in Canada. To read them and propose an entry, the language model processes them in the United States, at Anthropic, without them being used for training. We write it as is because that is how it works today.

The limits, in writing
What Reventis never does.
Move money out
No payment, no transfer, no access to a bank account. The agent prepares; a person pays, at their bank.
Calculate payroll
No salaries, no deductions, no slips. Payroll stays with your payroll provider.
Record an entry without approval
A proposal stays a proposal. Nothing is recorded in QuickBooks Online without a logged approval: who, when, on which document.
Do the reconciliation for you
Reventis prepares the reconciliation: it matches what it can and shows you the rest. You complete it.
Access
One person, one login, one log.
Each person has their own login. Every action, by an agent or by a person, is dated, signed and readable all the way back to the document. No availability or security figure is shown here: we have not measured one we could publish.
