Agent-assisted bookkeeping · Quebec

The agent prepares your entries. You approve.

Reventis reads the accounting documents of your business, proposes each entry with GST/QST, and records it in QuickBooks Online after you approve it in the Daily Review. The agent does, you approve.

How it works

Three steps. Only one is yours.

You upload or forward your documents: supplier invoices, receipts, statements. The Relève agent reads them and pulls out the supplier, the date, the amounts and the taxes. It also says what it could not read.

What about reconciliation?

Reventis prepares the reconciliation: it matches what it can and shows you the rest. It does not do it for you.

This is Reventis

See the whole thing, start to finish.

A document read. An entry proposed with its taxes. A person who approves. An entry recorded in QuickBooks Online. The agent does, you approve.

The agents

Agents that say what they do.

Each agent announces what it did, shows its evidence and admits what it does not know. None of them records anything without you.

Relève

Switchable

Reads your documents and extracts the data. Flags what it could not read.

Écritures

Switchable

Prepares each entry with GST/QST. Never records it itself.

Daily Review

Your work table: yesterday’s leftovers first, then today’s proposals. You are the one who starts the run.

Liaison

Switchable

Records in QuickBooks Online the entries you approved, and only those.

Scribe and Vérif

Always on

Scribe writes every action to a log you can read back. Vérif re-reads each proposal before it reaches your Review. They are never turned off.

The Daily Review

Nothing becomes final without you.

Every morning you start Reventis, the Daily Review shows you what was left from yesterday first, then what the agents propose today. You read, you correct, you approve. An entry you have not approved does not exist in your software.

  • You correct

An account to change? You change it; the agent takes note.

  • You leave a standing instruction

An exception? You write the rule once; it holds next time, for that company.

  • You read the log

Every agent action is dated and signed. You can trace it back to the document.

You do the approving

Your turn: hover a line to see the document, then approve the first one.

What the agent never decides

The final account, the recording date, and when the system runs. You are the one who starts it.

Who it’s for

For the business, and for the person who keeps its books.

The owner

You keep your own books. You drop off your documents through the week; Reventis prepares each entry with GST/QST. You approve in the Daily Review, and QuickBooks Online is up to date with what you approved.

The bookkeeper

You keep the company’s books in-house. Reventis reads the documents and proposes; you correct, you leave standing instructions, and you keep the last word on every entry, without re-keying. Your outside accountant finds every entry with its document and its approval.

Your accounting software

Reventis writes in your software. Not beside it.

Reventis does not replace your accounting software and does not keep a separate ledger. After your approval, it records the entries in the software you already use.

The limits, written down

What Reventis never does.

  • Money never leaves

Reventis pays nothing, transfers nothing and touches no bank account.

  • Payroll is never calculated

No wages, no deductions, no slips.

  • No entry is recorded without approval

A proposal stays a proposal until a person approves it.

  • Reconciliation is not done for you

Reventis prepares it; you finish it in your software.

  • Nothing runs on its own

You start the run, when you decide to.

  • Nothing is sold or paid for on this site

The product is open by invitation.

Your data

Stored in Canada. Read by the model in the United States. No training.

Your documents and your entries are stored in Canada. To read them and propose an entry, the language model processes them in the United States, at Anthropic, without them being used to train it. We write it plainly because that is how it works today.

  • Person in charge of the protection of personal information: Victor Moroni, founder, Reventis Technologies — bonjour@reventis.io.
  • One person, one login, a log of every action.
  • No seal displayed that we have not earned.

Changelog

What changed, dated.

The product moves forward in the open. Here are the last five entries, taken from the code repository history.

  1. Fix

Old website addresses now point to the new ones

Addresses shared before the redesign answer with a permanent redirect instead of a page not found.

  2. New

QuickBooks Online: reading accounts, suppliers and tax codes

In a sandbox, Reventis reads the chart of accounts, the suppliers and the tax codes of a QuickBooks Online file. No client company is connected to it; recording entries after approval is the work in progress.

  3. New

    Bilingual public website

Quebec French at the root, full English under /en, a navigation bar with the sections and the “Request a demo” button.

  4. Improvement

Scheduled jobs down from 23 to 4

Twenty-three jobs used to fire on their own; four remain, the ones the product cannot do without. The rest starts from an action by the technician.

  5. Improvement

Public website without prices or payments

The home page says what the product is: the agent does, you approve. No prices, nothing to buy online, the limits written as facts.
